Return & Refund Policy – VelocityScent

At VelocityScent, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
